Who We Support

At Flowerarch Therapy, we provide early intervention supports for young children presenting with a range of developmental, emotional, and behavioural needs. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

  • Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)

  • Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD)

  • Global Developmental Delay (GDD)

  • Emerging behavioural and emotional regulation difficulties

  • Social, communication, and developmental concerns

We also support families who may not yet have a formal diagnosis but have concerns about their child’s behaviour, development, or emotional wellbeing.

Our focus is on early identification, early support, and building practical strategies that help children thrive at home, in early learning settings, and in the community.

My Story

Ashleigh is the Founder and Director of Flowerarch Therapy, and a registered Counsellor and Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner with a strong focus on early childhood intervention. She is passionate about supporting young children and their families to build positive foundations for lifelong development.

With a background in nursing, Ashleigh discovered early in her career that her true passion lay in supporting children and families within the mental health and developmental space. Her approach is deeply shaped by both her professional training and lived experience.

Growing up alongside her younger sister, who was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Ashleigh gained firsthand insight into the importance of early intervention, advocacy, and accessible support for families navigating neurodevelopmental differences. This experience sparked her commitment to working in early childhood and supporting families to better understand and respond to their child’s needs.

Ashleigh has also supported her family through significant life challenges, strengthening her understanding of how early experiences, relationships, and environments shape a child’s development. These experiences continue to inform her compassionate, attachment-based and family-centred approach.

As a mother, Ashleigh brings an added layer of empathy and understanding to her work, particularly in supporting parents through the challenges and uncertainties of early parenting. She is dedicated to equipping families with practical, evidence-informed strategies to support behaviour, emotional regulation, and connection in everyday life.

Through Flowerarch Therapy, Ashleigh combines her professional knowledge, lived experience, and passion for early intervention to provide meaningful, personalised support to children and families when it matters most.
