Telehealth

Counselling telehealth services refer to the delivery of mental health counselling and therapy through digital platforms such as video calls, phone calls, or messaging, rather than in-person. These services allow clients to remotely access professional support from a licensed therapist, which can be especially beneficial for individuals with limited access to in-person services, those with mobility issues, or people living in rural or underserved areas.

Walk and Talk

Walk and talk therapy is a type of psychotherapy conducted while walking outdoors, typically in a natural setting such as a park or along a trail. This approach combines traditional talk therapy with the benefits of physical movement and being in nature. The therapist and client walk side by side as they engage in conversation, addressing the client’s emotional, psychological, or personal concerns.

Face to Face

Face to face therapy refers to traditional in-person psychotherapy, where the therapist and client meet in the same physical location, such as in the client’s home or therapist office. This type of therapy allows for direct, real-time communication and the use of non-verbal cues, such as body language, facial expressions, and tone of voice, which can enhance the therapeutic experience.
