Initial consultation bookings
A 50% deposit is required for the first appointment. The deposit will be deducted from the total amount of the first session.
Refunds and cancellations
We require 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, so that another client in need may be able to take this appointment. We understand things can happen that are outside of your control and we will try to take this into consideration when needing to reschedule or cancel outside of this time frame. A full refund will be provided if cancelling within 48 hours of your scheduled sessions.
At Flowerarch Therapy we want therapy to be available to as many people as possible. Therefore, please read the following payment options that may assist:
NDIS: If you are plan managed or self managed, we are able to provide services.
Private Health Cover: Whilst psychologists and social workers have a general provider number, counselling services are unique to each private health provider. Therefore, you will need to check with your private health fund if counselling services are covered. If they are, we are happy to assist where we can.
Medicare Rebate: Unfortunately this option is not currently available for counselling services in Australia.
